About School

Modern School (Vasant Vihar) is run by a Trust which founded the first Modern School in 1920 under the vision of Lala Raghubir Singh. In 1933, the original school moved from Daryaganj to Barakhamba Road, from where it’s thinking and enlightened educational practices have spread out to the institutions at Humayun Road (1961) and Vasant Vihar school in 1975. General Virendra Singh and Sardar Bhagwant Singh are credited as the founders of the School at Vasan
