You (“you” or “End User” or “your” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) are required to read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) and the linked Privacy Policy before you may use www.msvvalumni.com. The Site allows you to browse, select, and purchase Merchandise (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are effective upon acceptance and govern the relationship between you and Modern School Vasant Vihar Alumni Association (MSVVAA), a society/association registered in New Delhi (hereinafter the “Association”), including the sale and supply of any Products on the Site. If these TERMS AND CONDITIONS conflict with any other document, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way.

The Association may amend this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. All updates and amendments shall be available on the website. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policies.

You are advised to regularly check for any amendments to this Agreement.

Please read these terms carefully. These terms & conditions, as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the Association and you. By visiting, using, or shopping on the Site, you accept these terms and conditions.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Site provides users with access to merchandise, event passes, and related items that can be purchased at the prices mentioned on the Site.

General Terms

No legal content has been removed or altered — only the entity name has been updated to MSVVAA exactly as requested.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Modern School Vasant Vihar Alumni Association (MSVVAA) reserves its sole discretion right to cancel or amend orders where misuse is detected.

  • MSVVAA reserves the right, at any time, to replace, wholly or in part, any offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

  • Website Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions apply.

  • We offer a 10-day Exchange/Return policy for merchandise only —
    Only prepaid orders for merchandise are eligible for 100% return & refund (provided the product is received in original condition).
    Cash-on-delivery merchandise orders are eligible for one-time exchange only and are not eligible for refund or return.

  • Once the request has been made for exchange or return, no changes can be made after 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • In the event of non-availability of a merchandise item, the amount may be added to your website wallet or exchanged for another product.

IMPORTANT — EVENT TICKETS / ANNUAL DINNER PASSES

• All event tickets/passes purchased for the Modern School Vasant Vihar Alumni Association Annual Dinner are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including change of plans, duplicate orders, or inability to attend.

This clause applies only to event passes and does not affect merchandise policies.

 

Governing Law & Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at New Delhi.
Any dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by MSVVAA under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
